Southfield, Michigan—The Unity Collaborative (TUC) officially launches as a national organization dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. The organization is comprised of three pillars: Community, Youth/Family, and Business. Through these pillars, TUC provides positive change, working to bridge gaps, strengthen connections, and empower communities to thrive in an environment where diverse perspectives and collaborations are celebrated and valued.

TUC’s mission is to promote diversity of thought, inclusive practices, and equitable outcomes and opportunities across regional, national, and global levels. They focus on raising awareness and implementing strategies to address challenges faced by disadvantaged communities. Through collaboration, TUC seeks to dismantle inequalities, amplify underrepresented voices, and foster inclusive environments that influence policy and innovation.

“Diversity is the cornerstone of innovation, inclusionary leadership drives transformation, and equity strengthens the foundations of corporate and institutional strategies. The Unity Collaborative is committed to helping organizations build strong cultures that deliver meaningful impact and long-term success.”, said Kenneth Mathies, TUC Board Member and VP CDO, AAA The Auto Club Group.
